Double Room + Shed Storage - All Bills Included!

Hi! I'm Anya (35) and I'm looking for a like minded person to join myself and my other lodger Greg (25) as a housemate.

The room has a wardrobe, bedside table and double bed with good clearance for storage. There is a desk which can be folded away (and stored on the landing).

There is an upstairs bathroom with shower and WC, plus a further WC downstairs.

Also downstairs is a cosy living room with log burner plus a kitchen with dining room table, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. The utility room downstairs has a washing machine.

There is a front and back garden, the back has a long washing line, a patio and hose for washing down kit/bikes plus two sheds. You can access the shed and the garden through a side gate.

There is one space on the drive (shared between both lodgers), but there is also lots of on street parking on the road.

The room is available from the 9th August. In total we will be a three person household.

I like to spend my time caving, climbing, diving or generally doing active "stuff". This means I'm often out in the evening and away at weekends. I am generally a morning person and this isn't a party house!

I work Mon-Fri in Bedminster but one day a week from the house. Greg also works Mon - Fri in the centre I would prefer my housemates to not work from home every day as there is limited kitchen table space!

I am looking for someone with a similar work schedule & general lifestyle who is independent. But it would be nice to chat in the evenings when we are all at home or do a group BBQ in the garden every so often.

We are a 15 min cycle from temple meads/the centre/redpoint climbing wall and close to lots of bus routes including those to the airport. It's a short walk to Imperial park shopping centre where there is an ALDI & there are some smaller news agents even closer.
