Hello! We have a lovely, bright room available that gets beautiful afternoon sun, overlooking our southwest-facing garden. It comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, mirror, chair, and lamps.

The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with us, Erin and Peter! We are an LGBTQ+ and creative, nature-loving, non-smoking household and are looking for someone friendly, respectful, and inclusive. 🌈

Erin works in government, and Peter is a screenwriter. We are both creative and active beings with a love for community, nature and art! We both work from home regularly in our separate office (not pictured). We’re naturally introverted and value a quiet, peaceful home environment (we also value lamps, no big lights if poss) with personal space, but we do enjoy a low-key backyard fire, board game night, and small social dinners from time-to-time. Outside of work, we’re into hiking, swimming, cinema, camping, astrology, and baking/cooking, amongst other things.

We’re looking for a housemate who fits into this calm flow and can feel at home in the space. Of course, we hope to adopt the right dynamic that works for everyone in the house to feel at home and at ease.

• We WFH regularly between 9-5, so someone with a similar schedule and out-of-house routine works well for the space
