The house is in a great location with easy access to Wells Road and a bus stop with easy access to Temple Meads Station and the City Centre.

There is a modern, shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms (shared with one other). High-speed Virgin broadband and all bills included. There is a large patio space and garden. There is also free, on-street parking.

There is flexibility on the length of stay. Room is offered on a Mon - Fri basis (can accommodate some weekends) and there is flexibility on the length of stay.
