Short term let for a friendly person

I’m looking for someone to rent my double room short term, available from August 7th for up to two months though there is some flexibility. The rent is £550 all inclusive reduced rate for short term.

You will have a big double bedroom with an en suite shower (no toilet) and a fitted wardrobe. The room currently has a bed, mattress and a small storage unit. I could also provide a small desk should you want that, or you’re welcome to bring your own. I have a fair amount of plants, some of them poisonous to animals so it’s not a pet friendly household unfortunately.

In the house there is a good sized living room and kitchen and a big south facing garden. There’s a utility shed/side building with a separate entrance where it’s convenient to keep a bicycle. The street is very residential and quiet and there’s usually ample space if you need on street parking. A small convenience store is just a couple of minutes walk away, Co-op 10 minutes. Pretty close to Victoria Park, Bristol city centre is 15 minutes on a bicycle, the bus connections are also decent.

I’m a 38-year-old Finnish woman working in TV/film with a very sporadic schedule so I’m sometimes away for work and sometimes around a lot. I’m into rock climbing, films/music/art, plants, board games, guitar/singing, lefty politics, wild swimming/outdoorsy stuff etc. I'd like to think I'm pretty grounded and mellow, I enjoy socialising but need my own space too from time to time. I’m mostly veggie though not strict about it, will sometimes eat fish in the house. I won’t judge your diet preferences.
