Double Room to Rent in Lovely Victorian House

We have a comfortable furnished double room available in our lovely Victorian house in BS4, Priory Road.

We are a couple and live in the house ourselves, so this is a room within our home rather than a separate flat or property. We’re looking for someone who would enjoy being part of a friendly, relaxed household while also having their own space.

The house has plenty of room to share, including two reception rooms, a large kitchen/diner, a mature rear garden and a separate garden room.

We also have a dog, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a him. He’s an important part of the household and we’d ideally like someone who likes dogs and is happy having one around.

The room is furnished, with a built in wardrobe and the house has plenty of communal space, so there’s room to relax together or find a bit of peace and quiet when you want it.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful, and who would fit comfortably into a relaxed home environment.

The house is easily accessible to local shops with amenities nearby and has good access to Bristol city centre and Temple Meads.
