We’re looking for someone lovely and easy-going to join our home in Knowle/Totterdown.

It’s a 4-bedroom house, although one bedroom is used as an office, so there would only be three people living here in total.

You’d be sharing with me and Beth, who are best friends, plus my gorgeous dog Rodney 🐶, so you’d need to be genuinely happy living with a dog.

The available room is an unfurnished double room, on the smaller side.

- Shared living space
- A relaxed, homely atmosphere

We’re both friendly and sociable, but we have our own lives and are looking for someone similar – independent, chilled, clean and considerate, who is happy doing their own thing and wants a peaceful, drama-free home.

Rent: £567 pcm
Bills: currently around £190 pcm, although these are variable and may increase slightly over winter
Total currently: approximately £757 pcm
