Double room in two bed house share

There’s newly decorated kitchen, living and bathroom area. There’s a shared front room with a treadmill and room for wfh, I currently am using some of this space for my arts and crafts. There’s a new eco friendly log burner, a tumble dryer, dishwasher and smart heating. Council tax code B.
The property is within 5 minutes walk of the Co Op on Wells Road and a 20 minute walk to Bristol Temple Meads Station.
I am a 34 year old woman working in ceramics with a Mainecoon cat. I don’t drink and follow a largely vegetarian diet.
Would love a like minded housemate who enjoys cooking and chilling in the evenings and a good pub hang.
