Double room in relaxed tidy friendly house

Hi all

One smallish but bright double room available with live-in owner and one other lodger, £560 PCM, all bills and council tax included, with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

The room has a bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe, with views over the garden. Fully equipped kitchen including tumble drier.
Current occupants are friendly and inoffensive. Well, unless you take offense easily. Some people get offended by anything and there's just nothing you can do about it. One casual comment about how their homemade fish stew is clearing your blocked sinuses wonderfully and it's glaring daggers and the silent treatment ever after.

It's a pretty tidy and clean house and would suit someone who is happy to keep it that way to reduce the need for any boring nagging.

Ideally looking for a professional or postgrad who is friendly and who would enjoy a chat, a movie, an occasional comedy club or open mic together, but doesn't need to hang out in a house group all the time.

It's only 20 mins walk to the centre or Temple Meads, and the house is on a quiet road with regular buses a stone's throw away. Tesco Express is 5 mins walk. Lots of on-road parking available or possible place on driveway. There's also a garden, with apple and pear trees and a pond that is a great place for any obsessive gardeners to exercise their habit.

You have to be able to take occasional visits from a pug called Bob who is very friendly too, particularly if you're holding anything edible or look like you might be in the near future.

Current housemate interests include cricket, rugby, messing around on the coast, good movies, really bad movies and old sci-fi. You don't have to like any of these :) But if you spend all evening glued to Love Island and EastEnders we may not get along that well. The Office (US) and Taskmaster are allowed, though.
