Double Room Available in Cosy Leigh Woods Flat

We have a double room going in our three bedroom flat in Leigh Woods, available for the 4th September 2026.

The flat is a spacious second floor flat, three large rooms, living/ dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The house also has a garage for bike storage and an off road parking space, (this would be available for the new person as neither of us use it.)

The flat is located in Leigh Woods, a 5 min walk across the suspension bridge from Clifton Village. We are about another 10 min walk over to Ashton Court and also to Leigh Woods, North Street is also an easy walk down the hill.

Rent is £525 per month, plus bills which is £170 (this includes household items such as dish soap, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets etc).

You would be sharing the house with two other people, Martha (26, she/her) and Debs (32, she/her), we have been living in the house for approx. 3 years together now.

Debs is a writer, and also works at a museum. She is in to yoga, jogging, arts and crafts, hiking and going to the cinema.

Martha, works at an environmental consultancy. She is into swimming, pottery, photography, cooking and gardening.

Debs and I get on well, and we hang out both inside the flat and outside where our interests overlap, however we also respect each other’s space and do our own things as well! If that sounds like your vibe then you’d be a great fit.

We are both veggie/ vegan so finding someone who is also veggie/ environmentally conscious would be our preference.
