Spacious double room, fully furnished with a double bed and brand-new, good quality mattress, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, and two wall-mounted lamps.

There's also a TV unit, which can be swapped for a desk or chest of drawers if preferred.

Light, airy and comfortable – a calm space to relax and recharge.

High-speed broadband and all bills included.

Modern 4-bed, 3-bath townhouse with a bright, open-plan kitchen/dining/living space.

The newly designed kitchen opens via bi-fold doors onto a sunny, low-maintenance south-facing garden – perfect for unwinding.

You’ll have your own spacious private bathroom (no waiting around).

Clean, calm atmosphere – ideal for a professional or mature student.

On-street parking available.

Garage storage available for a bike or other small items, if needed.

🚴‍♀️ Bonus! There’s also a home gym setup in the garage that you're very welcome to use – great for keeping active without the commute.

Excellent transport links: quick access to the A4174 ring road, plus easy bus routes to the city centre.

We’re a small family with a young child – friendly, respectful of space and privacy, and looking for someone who’s the same. If you're easy-going, clean, and enjoy a relaxed, homely atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.

£750 per month, inclusive of all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, Wi-Fi)

£400 deposit

Available from 1st December

Minimum stay: 3 months (longer preferred)
