A superb whole top floor is available in the well sought after of Mangotsfield, living in the house with myself but there is no pressure or passive aggressiveness, just chilled vibes.

The property boasts a lot of free on-street parking, very spacious living/dining room, well appointed kitchen as well as a lovely little garden for those summer months (small patio, decking and grass). There is a garage that can be used for storage and for keeping bikes/equipment, but wouldn't be suitable for a motor vehicle.

I have recently relocated back to Bristol having been at school in Somerset my whole life and previously worked for a couple of years in the city centre. I now work for a charity in the city centre and I love exploring all of Bristol's charms such as walks, day-trips, food scene, pubs, bars and shopping arenas.

I work flexibly (2/3 days a week in the office and 2/3 at home) go running/to the gym multiple times a week and play hockey for a local club every weekend.
Ideally I'm looking for someone who has their own hobbies and friends, likes to keep active themselves, but who also likes a quiet night in every now and again, cooking, watching a film or going to a pub quiz etc..

The house would welcome visitors and benefits from a downstairs toilet as well as a spare room/home office for myself on the middle floor which will also have a double bed in it and share use of the middle floor bathroom with myself - so friends/occasional guests are more than welcome too.

The property will have been redecorated prior to moving in, comes fully furnished and all with brand new bedding (mattress/pillows/duvet).
The bedroom comes with 2x bedside cabinets, 1/2 chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe next to the en-suite.
