Housemates needed in Mangotsfield ASAP!

We are looking for one or two people to share a house with in the Mangotsfield/Emerson's Green area. The house is located in a cul-de-sac with residents parking. The house is available on a 3 to 4 bed let. The monthly cost for the house is £1,950 (not including bills) which will be split accordingly to room size and per the amount of tenants:

The house is in Council Tax Band D. There is a comfortable living room, a kitchen with white goods included and a decent sized garden.

We are professionals and are open to living with other professionals and/or students. We are sociable, friendly, tidy people who enjoy the outdoors with an interest in music (piano, guitar, bass, production, engineering, etc) and art, who work most days during the week in a bakery. We enjoy having a chill night but we won't say no to the pub. We would like to make this place comfortable and homely, so friendly people are definitely preferred!

There are abundant green areas and convenient shopping locations within walking distance and transport links to Bristol City Centre just around the corner.
