The room is mid size with a double bed. We will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and a communal room which i rarely use.
I have a nice size garden with a patio seating area and a small natural pond with fish. Nice place to relax or socialising outside the winter season.
Within the property you'll have access to broadband and strong Wifi connection along with a Netflix and Amazon prime.
During school times I work long hours as a teacher and rarely home before 5pm.
Location close to park, family pub, bakery, Food shops, mosque and church.

About me:
I love all genre of music. I love to experiment with my cooking and enjoy a spot of gardening.
I love the water and any excuse to be closed to it.
As secondary maths teacher I tend to enjoy weekdays relaxing at home with my social times mainly being over the weekend due to the unpredictable nature of teaching.
I'm very relaxed person and would like a tenant that's more like a house share than a landlord tenant relationship.
