Hello to all reading.

We are looking for a girl to fill the the remaining room in our shared house in Montpelier.

We currently are two boys two girls which works well. However both girls are moving out in and around September, and one of the rooms is being taken by me for an office so the other one is becoming available. We are looking for a girl as well like the current dynamic and feel it helps balance the house and vibes.

The house Itself is large terraced house on Richmond Road (same road as the Cadbury pub if you know it) and although Georgian in facade it is actually a relatively modern build, meaning that the insulation and energy efficiency is actually alot better than a typical Georgian / Victorian house.

The house itself has a large grassy front garden, vestibule for coats and shoes, moderately sized kitchen, large living room, terraced back garden with lawn, a downstairs toilet, an upstairs bathroom / toilet with a walk in shower and bathtub, quite a few storage spaces and cupboards, as well as outside back and front storage and a washing machine and separate dryer.

The rooms are all exactly the same size and are fair sized doubles with ample room for a bed and other amenities such as a desk and wardrobe, or whatever you fancy. The room available is the middle floor front room. It's south facing so you get the sun and has a little balcony area and views over Bristol.

The house itself has relatively recently been repainted and renovated, with the bedrooms (and landing and stairs) getting carpeted and kitchen being newly refitted and re-floored all last year, as well as other bits of work.

Council tax band is B and bills will come to basically £150. Will be getting a new fixed term energy contract for sep, so can be more specific for them.

Move in date would be some time in early to mid septemeber can be fairly flexible.

About us:

We are a chilled house of people in there late 20s to mid 30s. It would be and Alex you would be living with. And we are generally pretty chilled easy going guys.
That are abit nerdy, like chilling watching TV and having some banter, but also like going out sometimes to gigs. Festivals camping in nature all the usual. Also respect each others space and have our own lives efc.

We are aboth pretty clean, and share in cleaning duties and helping keeping the house and shared spaces fresh as well costs for shared commodities etc.

What we are looking for in a housemate:

Someone that is easy to get on with and chill with but also has their own life and respects people's space if that's what's going on. And can help organise clean and general maintaning the house when need. Good sense of humour and Good vibes basically.
Also ideally looking for someone 23+ just so we would be on the similar wavelength on terms of lifestyle.

Just should add I am the son of the landlords. So not quite a live in landlord but sort of.

You also must be alright with cats as mine and my girlfriends two, not so little, ragdolls spilt between hers and here. They are very chill and friendly.
