Double bedroom avaliable in a 2 bedroom house, situated in a friendly neighbourhood a short walk from Stokes Croft and Broadmead, with easy access to shops, pubs, Turbo Island and the Montpelier station.

The room is partially furnished with a comfy double ottoman bed and built in wardrobe. Can lend a hand putting up shelves ect. if needed!

Shared living space includes a kitchen with a dishwasher (because who has time for washing up!), large living room with a projector and bathroom with shower and bath. There is a laundry cupboard with a separate washer and tumble dryer and a garden though it needs a bit of work and is planned in for a spring project, if you're green fingered and want to help that would be amazing!

About me: I'm a contractor typically working away for 3 days a week and working from home the rest of the week.
I moved to Bristol 3 years ago and have been loving it ever since, I like going climbing and bouldering with my friends and often host social events such as BBQs in the summer and games/movie nights in the in the winter, so someone who is equally social would be a good match.

I enjoy music and often have it playing the the background, it's usually somewhat eclectic i. e radio 6-esque, so would be good if you have a similar taste/ it doesn't bother you.
