Weekday Room to Rent in Stylish Calm Family Home

We are renting our spare room in our lovely house in the arty area of Montpelier.

The room is available for weekday nights only. For Mon-Fri the rent is £590/month, for fewer nights we can negotiate less rent. Eg our previous lodger stayed 2 nights/week for £400. The room is available from Dec 2nd 2025.

We are close to public transport links and both the city centre and Gloucester Rd/St Werburghs, the house is in a friendly neighbourhood.

We are two parents in our 40s and our 4 year old child (and our friendly cat). We are calm and friendly and look forward to welcoming someone into our home during the week. You will have space to store food in the kitchen to make meals. You can access the garden and sitting room and will have a comfy and clean loo/wet room which is shared but mostly used by you (we have another bathroom that we mostly use).

We have a full gas safety certificate, fire and smoke alarms and lock on the bedroom door. Council tax and all bills included in the rent.
