Double room in montpelier

Double room available in a town house in Montpelier right by Stokes Croft. I am Dave, an engineer. In my spare time I like guitar, surfing , gigs and movies. I enjoy a beer at the weekend. I eat everything but am fine with veggies and vegans.

You'll also be sharing with Josh who works for a charity and is into gigs, playing in a band and socialising.

I'm looking for a full time 9-5 professional who works at the office (1 or 2 days wfh is ok). Its a chilled house, not suitable for parties and loud music. Probably best suited to someone quiet.

You must be a non smoker and a professional full time employee.

The room is on the first floor at the back. Its furnished with double bed, drawers, desk, 2 chairs, 2 lamps and shelving. On the landing there is a closet for your sole use as a wardrobe.

Common areas are a living room with wide-screen tv and also a kitchen. You will share a bathroom with 1 other person. The bathroom has a shower over bath.

There is a garden at the back which gets the afternoon sun. Storage is available for a bicycle. Parking is in the Montpelier RPZ, admittedly not the easiest place to find a spot!

Rent includes all bills inc Council tax, energy, water, broadband, netflix and fortnightly cleaner.
