2 Rooms available in Montpelier!

Room 1 top floor

Hello!

My flatmates and I are looking for 2 new flatmates for an October 3rd move in^^

We are all very creative people and you will frequently find us crafting, listening to music, poetry, gardening or up to some DIY project ~ we are also a very neurodivergent friendly household, as well as LGBTQIA+ friendly <3

We don't shy away from get togethers for friends, etc. but wouldn't say we're know to host a party haha ^^ Everyone is quite a mixed bag of loving solo down time and having an organised craft night or adventure with whoever is interested 💕 Saying that, some of us do like to party, and do go out for a dance here and there!

We're looking for someone that fits that vibe, likes a quiet and cosy home, is respectful, kind and up for being friends hopefully! Not just housemates :)

It's a 5 bedroom flat - there's a toilet downstairs, and main large bathroom with a bath tub and shower shared between 4 people on the first floor! We have quite a large lounge and decent sized kitchen on the basement floor^^ we have a small garden that we've been growing some tomatoes, potatoes and leeks in this summer :) Those who smoke, smoke in the garden - no smoking in the house!

We live in Montpellier close to Cafe Kino! It's a vibrant neighborhood and there's lots to do close by as we're quite central ^^

There are 2 rooms available:

Room 1

Is on the top floor of the house (42 stairs from the kitchen, to be exact!) and is one of the larger rooms. It faces the back of the house and has an en suite with a shower, toilet and the room also has a skylight.

The rent is 694 all bills included.

Room 2

Is the front room. It is the smaller of the rooms in the house, but it has a walk in wardrobe/ large cupboard that is used for storage/ wardrobe bits and bobs!

To note - it is street level and sometimes on the weekend it can be noisy but a few of us have lived in that room (myself included) and it's really not that bad but it's something to mention!

The rent is 652 all bills included.

We pay rent as a whole (no separate contracts) and our landlord is running the rent checks + deposit scheme through a provider, just fyi!
