A lovely Victorian three story house in the heart of stokes Croft. One fully furnished large double room available from the 30th of May.

There are currently three girls and three boys living in the house. All working professionals from age 25-30.

Everyone in the house is quite chilled during the working week but on the weekends we like to socialise, including going to the pub. There are a range of different hobbies within the house including going to the gym, running, festivals, board games, playing sports and many more!

There are a lots of pubs and restaurants on your doorstep along with Tesco right next door! It's only a short walk to the city centre, Gloucester Road and St Andrews park so it's a great location.

Public transport is very accessible with a main bus stop right outside and Montpellier train station a 5 minute walk away.

House includes: Gas cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge freezers and dishwasher in the kitchen with a separate utility room with a washing machine.

There is a shared living room on the ground floor. Also three bathrooms within the property, two with a shower and one with a bath. The house also has a front garden with a shed if you want to store a bike etc and a private rear garden, perfect for bbq's in the summer!

The property does not have parking but you can apply for a permit or park for free within a 10 minute walk from the house.
