Room available in house near montpelier station

We are looking for a 5th person to join us in a 5 bed house which we have already secured with the letting agents, ideally someone who would be willing to share council tax costs (council tax band E).

About us: Group of 4 friends doing a mix of work and further study, we like to relax at home in the evenings or play something together (think mario kart or coop games), sometimes share meals or watch a show together. We do host gatherings with friends over however this is infrequent with no loud music.

About the house: The house is a new build epc B so heating bills should be low. There is parking nearby with a residents permit, montpelier station is a 5 min walk. Step free access to the house and whole ground floor. The bottom floor has a smaller bedroom (in the images it is currently set up as a small living room), a bathroom, a large ktchen/living room which then leads to the patio, the patio can be accessed through a side gate as well if you want to bring a bike. The two upper floors are basically the same, 2x bedrooms 1x bathroom. The pics don't really show the full size of the rooms as its hard to capture in 1 pic and spareroom only lets you upload up to 9.

About you: Ideally someone who does not cook meat in the house or at least rarely does so. Ideally queer or an ally. Availiable to meet up in person or online in the coming weeks to get to know each other a bit and discuss which room you'd like.
