Room for rent in 3 bed house in Monpelier

I'm moving in with my partner and so leaving the home I share with two friends, Jack and Dylan. The room is the smaller of the three, but whoever has this room pays a lower rent, and has access to a big space in the landing for storage. It's a relaxed home, definitely not a party house but we like to watch films and eat together at times with a few beers.

The room is unfurnished, but comes with blackout curtains. We have a courtyard style garden with tons of different plants, and this gets all of the afternoon/ evening sun. We have a shared bathroom, a huge living room and a dining room. There is also tons of storage space under the stairs, and the corridor is wide enough for a bike or two.

The house is close to Montpellier station, and st Andrews park is only a 15/20 minute walk away. Gloucester road is right by too, as well as Picton street and the Cadbury.
