Hi! A room is available in a friendly seven-person student house in Montpelier, BS6, close to Gloucester Road, Cotham and convenient transport links to the University of Bristol. 149 Cromwell Road, BS6 5EU.

It is a great area, with Gloucester Road nearby offering a lively, independent atmosphere and a huge range of cafés, pubs, restaurants, bakeries, vintage shops and local businesses. Montpelier itself is known for its colourful street art, creative character and relaxed, bohemian feel.

You would be joining six kind and sociable second-year students who are looking for someone considerate, fun, easy-going and happy to be part of the household. We strike a good balance between being social while also taking pride in keeping the house well kept. This is a house suitable for someone looking for a genuine second-year student house experience rather than simply somewhere to stay. We are all uob students.

The room is furnished and the rent is £200 per week - bills paid separately. Tenancy officially runs from 1st August 2026 until 31st July 2027. This is an official replacement tenancy, we've discussed with our agent and they are happy to fulfil a swap - provided we find a replacement for myself by ourselves.
