Double Room - Short term Let

My name is Bella, I am the live in landlord. I have got a 4 month contract for work in Wales so need someone to move in for the term of this to help look after my sweet cat. Must be a cat lover, his name is biscuit and he’s a 3 year old ginger Tom. Females preferred, preferably around my age, as I’m not into partying and going out, more about relaxing and having a nice time in the flat cooking and hanging out. I might be working away during the week but will be home during the weekend. It’s a lovely home I’ve spent time and care creating so I would love a clean, respectful flatmate that I can have a nice chat with and maybe cook a few dinner but also has their own thing going on.
