This room would be able to rent short term from the 30th of July till the 30th of August. Would be sharing with a female flatmate from New Zealand, super friendly and clean. Really beautiful house, fully furnished. Utility room with washing machine and dryer, spacious kitchen which is fully stocked. One bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower. Rent would be £700 for the month including bills (electricity, water and wifi) and the council tax is £88.
There is a £50 cleaning/ breakage deposit which will be returned at the end of the month if the house is left in the state that it was rented.
