Double room in vibrant Montpelier

We're looking for someone to join our lovely four-bedroom house in the heart of Montpelier! The room is a double room, and the house is in a brilliant location, just a short walk from loads of independent coffee shops, pubs, bars and a Tesco Express. There is always something fun to do.

Montpelier train station is only five minutes away on foot, making it easy to get around Bristol and beyond, and there are also plenty of bus routes nearby. If you drive, on-street parking is available through residents' permits (this would be the property's third permit so would be more expensive).

I'm moving out to live with my partner after two brilliant years here, so I'm looking for someone to take over the room. The room is unfurnished but we can liaise if you are interested in keeping the double bed (different to one in photos - has under-bed storage space). The three housemates you'll be living with are all friendly, sociable and easy-going, and all work full-time. We enjoy spending time together, whether that's cooking dinner, heading out for a drink, or just hanging out in the evenings, but we also all appreciate having our own space and doing our own thing.

The house itself has loads of space, with a big, cosy living room, a separate dining area and kitchen, so there's always somewhere to relax or catch up after work, or a dinner table perfect for working from home. We also have a garden with a table and chairs, which is great for summer evenings.

We're looking for someone who's friendly, considerate and keen to be part of the house rather than just rent a room. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
