Small double in Montpelier /St Werbs

Bright but small double room situated right on the vibrant border of Montpelier and St Werbs.

Rent is £615 per month, with bills coming to approximately £150 on top. The room is available from September, though we can be flexible and negotiate the exact start date for the right person.

Deposit £750-800 (TBC just checking with the landlord). Held in deposit protection scheme.

The area is a permit parking zone, so you will need to secure a resident permit but there’s street parking close to the house.

The room itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. Some communal furniture will be changing as our current housemate moves out, so if you have your own pieces to bring, we are happy to chat and discuss what to keep or change.

There is one main bathroom with a bath/shower and a small second toilet downstairs.

You will be sharing the house with two young female professionals (28) who are both friendly and social. We like a night out but also both work 9-5s so value some quiet time in the week.

We keep the communal areas clean and tidy and like having a homely vibe. It is a relaxed and welcoming house, we love plants and nice decorations!
