Hey hey, we are looking for a housemate to join our house share in Montpelier in October! You would be joining Annie (25), Ella (28) and Amelia (29). We’re looking for folks aged 24-32 to match the bracket we have here.

🏠 Bit about the house

Across us all, we like an evening watching Traitors, being outdoors for a potter or run, dipping for a swim in the sea or a nearby body of water and getting creative… with a modest share of pub trips and festivals in there.

We cook together from time to time and love a movie night to get us through the winter or a Sunday eve. We appreciate the communal and social atmosphere we have in the house but have a nice balance of independent downtime. We are looking for someone who enjoys making a house a home, someone open to friendships in their house share and welcome wholesome hobbyists alike. Important to note that we are a left leaning house and are queer friendly space!

If you have a car, there is on-street parking with a permit. Ella has a car already.

🚪 Details of room

The room (unfurnished*) is available from October 1st and is £650pm excluding bills, with bills the room comes to roughly £750, this fluctuates slightly throughout the year. We have a rota for the house and feel it’s important to keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

*some furniture may be available from our current housemate, open to discussion.

We would ideally be looking for someone on a similar work pattern of 9-5, we have a couple of us working from home at varying points in the week and tend to use the shared space for this, the room does offer enough space for a desk if this would be a preference. Unfortunately, we can’t accept couples. DDS accepted, deposit is approx. £550.
