Double Room just off Picton Street

My housemate is moving out and so I'm looking for a new housemate to take her double room in a passive house just off Picton Street in the heart of Montpelier. Stokes Croft and town are an easy walk, and Montpelier station is a few minutes away.

The room comes with double bed, built in wardrobe, mattress and mattress protector and basic furniture which can be removed if youve got your own. The house itself is a converted warehouse with a large kitchen/living area upstairs and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. I've lived here for 5 years so the kitchen/living room is fully kitted out.

I am a socialble single 35y/o professional who works most days in the Cotswolds and out and about most weekends. Im always pretty busy in the evenings during the week, but do enjoy the odd evening cooking at home and a film. Looking for someone on a similar wavelength; sociable and up for a drink and a chat in the kitchen, but with their own life going on.
