Large double in 4-storey Victorian house bills inc

A large double room is free in our lovely 4-bed Victorian house, spread over four storeys. It's a light, airy room with original wooden floors, built-in shelving and a sash window looking out over our garden. It's unfurnished, but you can keep the bed frame and wardrobe if they'd be useful.

The house has lots of character: high ceilings, ceiling roses, original fireplaces and a bay window with stained glass. The living room is big and cosy, with plenty of sofa space. The kitchen is large, with a dining table, a washing machine and a good amount of storage. We also have a front garden (currently full of wildflowers for the bees) and a back garden.

You'd be living with three friendly healthcare professionals. We'd especially love to hear from other healthcare workers, but anyone who's tidy, considerate and up for the odd shared dinner is welcome to get in touch.

How the money works: Rent is £2,650 a month, split four ways (£662.50 each). We each also pay into a shared bills account, which brings the total to £750 a month. The bills part can change if bills go up or down. Rent is due on the 21st of each month. The let is through Kendal Harper, so you'll need to pass their referencing checks.

The room is officially available from 21 October, but an earlier move-in can be arranged as the room is currently empty (but needed a 2 month notice). Get in touch to discuss dates.
