Double room in heart of Montpelier

Large double room in beautiful basement flat right in the heart of Montpelier. There is a front garden and rear patio space. Modern kitchen/living room and bathroom installed only a couple years ago. The flat is well insulated in both winter and summer. There is a large corridor with a desk, although I would prefer a lodger(s) who works outside of the flat.

This is my flat and my room is the small second bedroom, but I will be spending most of my time at my girlfriend's.

The bedroom and flat come furnished, with the bedroom having a double bed and very large built in wardrobe.

My mum also lives in the house upstairs (separate entrance) and so I would like to have lodgers who are respectful of this and not make too much noise, especially at night. 

The flat is 2 minute walk from Montpelier train station and 15 minute walk from town. You have st werburgh's, Gloucester road and stokes croft within 10 minutes walk. 10 doors down is the Cadbury pub, an absolute gem.

There is free parking up the hill on hurlingham and Balmoral roads. You can apply for parking permit for our street if you'd like. You can lock bikes below street level in front of flat.

I'm looking for a single person or couple (couple would be £1200 instead of the £1000 advertised) to move in within the next month, and for a minimum of 6 months.

Need you to be clean and respectful of the flat, which has had new kitchen/bathroom/carpets within last couple years.

All bills are included. No pets. No smoking inside.
