Beautiful home in Montpelier

Looking for two new housemates for my lovely home in Montpelier. It’s not your typical houseshare, it’s a proper full size family home and I’m looking for people like me to share the whole thing, not just rent a room.

It’s a three bedroom four storey Georgian townhouse on the South side of York Road, which I think is the nicest street in Montpelier. We’ve got a lovely big (for Bristol) garden which wraps around and gets sun all day and as an end-terrace there’s loads of windows and light and the views are excellent. There’s a separate study and I work full time so if you work from home or want to use it as a studio then that’s fine. We’ve got a kitchen with a lovely range cooker, a separate pantry and multiple fridges, and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor storage for whatever hobbies and things you’re into.

I used to work in marketing for the restaurant industry and now I’m a doctor so the party days are over but I’m still fairly sociable when I can be. I’m too busy to cook often but it’s nice to eat together from time to time, head to the pub for a couple, or just chat round the table with whoever moves in. I cycle, ski, surf, and play music when I can.

I’ve only been in the house a couple of months, so the furnishing is an ongoing hobby. The bedrooms aren’t massive and I can furnish them more or less depending on who wants what. The smaller of the two rooms has some lovely original shutters and the best views in the house, and both rooms have just been decorated so they’re both great bedrooms.

I’ve lived in shared houses my whole life and have had every experience out there, so I’m open minded on who you are and how you see us sharing the space.

Bills are shared, and will be c£200 each including council tax, fast fibre broadband etc. We’ll get a cleaner in due course. The ad’s going up fresh now so if it’s up then it’s available.
