Cosy room in Montpelier Bills inc

Available end of April/ early May. Comfortable single room with small double bed in a rather relaxed household sharing with the landlady, and an occasional guest or guests.. ideal for short term let The room would suit a professional or mature student. I am looking for a clean, respectful, easy going person who goes out to work. There is a small desk and office chair in the room but working from home is not recommended. There are a lot of cafes and bars nearby and it is very central so easy to get to work or a library. The room has good storage but is not suitable for someone with a lot of possessions. Guests need to be dog friendly I have a very friendly smallish dog so it is not suitable for anyone with pets.
Situated in the heart of Montpelier and all it has to offer. There is a train station 5 minutes away to link to Temple Meads station or Clifton Down. It is a 15 minute walk to the Bus station and BRI Hospital. Gloucester Road and all its independent cafes and shops etc is literally around the corner. The house has WIFI, wood burners and heating. The bathroom is downstairs and at the back of the property. It has a large electric shower. All communal spaces are cleaned daily. Bedding, a towel and bills are included as well as a few light sundries. I cook regularly and will often offer you supper when I do. Please note that there is restricted parking RPZ here Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm so it is not advisable to bring a car UNLESS parked outside of these hours. There is a lock up space for a bicycle.
This can be a sociable house so it is not always a no smoking household, but always within reason. Similarly, if you are a roll up smoker. Thank you for reading this information.
