I am looking for a house mate to live with in the two double bedrooms modern flat on top floor with large windows, which is located in the Old Market area (BS2). The house is comfortable, bright, warm, smoke free and LGBT friendly. Bedroom is available from 25/05/2026.

The double bedroom is fully furnished, has double bed with mattress, a large sliding doors wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, desk, bookcase, so plenty of storage. Also desk chair, floor protector for desk chair, blackout curtains and ceiling LED lamp with shade are included.

Rent is £850 per calendar month which include furnished double bedroom, shared usage of hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room, electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV licence, Sky TV, wireless broadband and cleaning shared parts of flat by cleaner every two weeks.

On street parking is available with a permit from Bristol City Council (paid separately) – please ask for details.

Full time professionals only, who will help to keep the flat clean and tidy. I would prefer a male house mate. Let is on a rolling monthly basis, one month notice required before leaving, no maximum. Deposit is £850 and it is required upon moving in.

The flat is in a great location. There is 10 minute walk to the Bristol Temple Meads train station, 10 minute walk to the Cabot Circus and 15 minute walk to the Bristol Bus Station. It is also an easy walk to the Broadmead, BRI hospital or Harbourside, so makes an excellent commute for anyone working there. There is 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and easy access to the M32 that runs straight to the M4/M5.

There is a plenty of varies shops and hospitality venues nearby and a Lidl a short walk / drive away.

I am 47 years old professional, who is working in the office from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. I am laid back and easy to get along. I enjoy reading, cooking, listening to the music, watching TV series / movies and relaxing. I am happy to chat, but also I like my own space. I am respectful of people's privacy and need for alone time.

It would be great to find someone, who is like minded and enjoys similar things to me, as I am looking for someone with the potential to become a friend and not just a house mate, but I also respect that we need time to ourselves / our own space too.
