Double room available in a spacious and bright apartment in Old Market for Monday to Friday only. I am also happy to have a lodger that may require less days and reduce the monthly rent accordingly.

Set back from the main drag of Old market, it is a very quiet location for such a central position with good transport links.

The room is a good-sized double (around 10 square meters). It has a Double bed with a hybrid dormeo mattress, clothes rail, bedside cabinet and lamp.

The apartment is a equipped with a bean to cup coffee machine, air fryer, decent sized fridge and induction hob and oven. You're also more than welcome to use the communal space to chill out after work.

Rent is 600pcm which includes all bills, a regular cleaner, washing of towels and bedding if/when required and a free resident parking permit for the ES zone.

Location – just a 10-minute walk to Temple Meads station, 20 minutes to the BRI, and 20 minutes to Harbourside. The Bristol to Bath cycle path is also right on our door step.

A Bit About Me: I'm currently studying for my PhD in social policy. I am a bit of a philosophy/social theory nerd and perfectly happy with my own company, but happy to socialise on occasions with potential lodgers - but no pressure either way.
