It's so close to the city centre. So it is easy to get out of the house and do stuff!
Every tenant has their own bathroom. It is always cleaned to your standards.;)
The common area is extra bright. It also has a mezzanine which is currently used as a study/clothes-drying area.
Me and the other tenant are quite tidy, so the kitchen is always nice and clean.
Also, the house is not a party house. We are both quite introverted and love good-quality sleep. All for film evenings or dinners though!
