Please check out this lovely double room in a quiet shared space. The current residents are both female, one works as an engineer, the other is a health professional. This is not a party house, respect for others is essential.
Currently we are not often in the house together as we have very different schedules so it often does not feel like a shared house but a quiet, private space.
The room is quiet and comfortable, you would be sharing a bathroom with one other person (one resident has their own en-suite). The person that shares this bathroom works away often, frequently away for 2 weeks at a time.
Large living room space so you don’t end up doing everything in your room. Modern set up kitchen with everything needed to cook. Fridge freezer and dishwasher there for use.
The flat has a washing machine and tumble drier. Bills such as council tax, gas electricity are included (reasonable usage- to be discussed at viewing ).
The apartment is close to Temple meads station and old market bus interchange, just 4 minutes drive from the M32.
