Hey! I’m looking for a friendly, clean and considerate flatmate to share my 2-bed apartment at Box Makers Yard 😊

The room is a furnished double with its own ensuite, an ottoman bed with extra under-bed storage and a built-in wardrobe. The flat has a modern open-plan kitchen/living area and a private balcony.

Outside of work I’m quite sociable and enjoy going to the gym, paddleboarding, painting, baking, going to gigs/festivals and going to pubs or out for food with friends. I’m looking for someone who’s up for being friendly and having a chat or doing things together sometimes, but equally happy doing our own thing.

I’m pretty clean and would ideally like someone similar! It would be nice to have a flatmate who feels like a friend rather than just someone I happen to share a flat with 😊
