We have a beautiful house in BS2 -0ld Market. located less than 10 minutes walk from City Centre
In front is Newtown Park, a place full of green spaces and great for running.
● Lidle, post office, leisure centre + gim and a lot of local shops and take aways are in 5min walking area.
● People living in the house: one boy, two girls, all between 24-40 years old, we are looking for the forth person to stay in a
Double-Bedroom => all the furniture is included, new set of sheets, new 2x pillows and a new duvet, that small dressing next to the bed is no replaced with a desk and chair!!
● House has three bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen
● The price is £ 700/ month and includes everythings: council tax, TV license, gas, electricity, water, high speed Wi-Fi.
● We also provide for free all cleaning products for bathroom and kitchen
