We are looking for someone who requires the accommodation for four nights or five nights a week maximum.
There is a private external entrance to the room which is on the ground floor.
The accommodation has a kitchen at one end of the room and a double bed, large wardrobe and sofa at the other end of the room.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker and a fridge.
There is a separate bathroom with WC and bath/shower for the sole use of the occupier, during weekday mornings and evenings.
Wifi internet connection is provided.
A married couple (semi-retired teachers) live in the two floors above.
We are looking for a quiet professional person who is out at work during the day.
