Weekday room in BS6 + parking, professional base

I’m offering a spacious double room in my ground floor flat in Redland (BS6), available on a Monday–Friday or part-week basis.

This setup is best suited to someone who works in Bristol during the week but has their main home elsewhere. The aim is a calm, low-key base rather than a full-time house share.

The flat is a large Victorian property with a separate living room, dining room, garden and the benefit of off-road parking, which is a real advantage in this area.

I work partly from home during the week, so the shared spaces are in light use during the day. Because of that, this will suit someone who is mostly out at work and comfortable with a quiet, independent setup.

About me: I’m self-employed and work predominantly from home. I’m friendly and easy to live with, but this is very much a relaxed, respectful home rather than a highly social house share.

Must be cat-friendly, one small black cat in residence.
