Beautiful, light spacious room in Redland Flat

Hello!
I am a busy, professional in the food Industry. Love food, love to socialise on weekends. I like to keep it low key during the week and on weekends go out or have people over for dinner. The conversation around the table always interesting, creative, cultured and without judgement. I have lived here for the past 11 years with my two friendly cats, Alfie & Roxy, and various friends when they have needed a transitional home. The cats are very much a presence, so must love cats. There is also quite a generous garden at the back.
The flat is fully furnished and therefore I am looking for more of a lodger. However, for the right person can be flexible with stay limitations.
I work from home and the kitchen, so it’s not suitable for someone who is looking to do the same.

I am a two minute walk from the Downs and Whiteladies rd. and very near all major motorways. There are great bars, restaurants, delis, various gyms & large supermarkets (Sainsbury’s/ Waitrose) that are all near by.
