Studios in sociable 10 Bed House

We’re looking for a new roommate to join our lil community. So when writing to us please tell us about yourself!! Finding a good fit is important as we are all really good friends :)

About us -> we are all young professionals (age 24-31) and the majority of us work Monday-Friday (9-5). We're sociable, like doing sport together, going to the pub, little days out (Recently went wild swimming and a walk Wales), house dinners, festivals/events, wild swimming etc. Although this is not a party house, we do have the occasional gathering if we're all going to the same event (forwards/ LSTD) or someone's birthday, etc. Even though its 10 people we all make an effort to keep the communal areas clean and tidy

About the room- > We have one studio apartment available (see pics) in a 10 bed house share in Redland - 4mins walk from the Downs. It comes with its own kitchenette and ensuite with shower. There is a garden out the front and back which we share with our neighbours.

All bills are included in the monthly rent (council tax, water, WiFi, and gas/electricity of the communal areas) except for electricity for your room - each room has it's own meter. We do have a communal lounge/kitchen, where you can cook or watch tv. No parking, but there are a couple of non-permit roads (5min walk away) which majority of us use.
