Mon-Fri Only Self Contained One Bedroom Flat

We are seeking a Monday to Friday lodger for our fully furnished self contained flat which forms the basement of our house.

With its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen with full cooking facilities, it is the perfect place from someone who needs a place to stay during the week while working away from home, and great if you are looking for your own space with lots of privacy.

Fully-furnished on a quiet road in a great location, within easy walking distance of buzzy Whiteladies and Gloucester Road, and their restaurants, shops and bars. Easy access by foot, bus or bike to the city centre, Bristol University, BRI & the Downs, and Redland station is nearby.

Unfortunately there is limited parking so would suit someone who can commute by public transport or by foot/bike.

Due to the fact we work from home in the house above the flat we are looking for someone who is going to be out during the day so working from home in the flat is not a possibility.

The flat is available Sunday to Thursday nights, ideally for 5 nights but 4 or 3 nights is also possible, price to be agreed. If extra nights are needed this can be discussed. All bills included.
