Hi all :) I'm looking for 3 girls (who are students) to move into my 4-bedroom all girls house in Redland. The house is beautiful, walking distance from the Uni and Bristol city centre, with a large living room, garden, bathroom and kitchen (with a washing machine).

The location is great - with lots of shops and restaurants near by, and walking distance to city centre.

Bedroom 2 and the Dining room (has been converted to a bedroom) are £795 including bills, Bedroom 1 is £825 and bedroom 3 (single bedroom) is £575 (view schematic plan attached). Every room has a desk, a wardrobe and a bed (at minimum). Bills included are gas, electricity and water.
