Double room available in Redland

Hi! I am looking for a flatmate to fill the room that I have available from 27th May. I'm idealy looking for someone that could move in between 27th May - 15th June, but open to later dates.

The flat is situated on a quiet, leafy road in Redland, just a stone's throw away from the Downs and within walking distance of Whiteladies Road. The flat itself is beautiful & spacious, enjoying lovely views from the 2nd floor. On street parking is available without a permit.

The room is large (14'5 by 9'3) and is furnished. The flat includes a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. I’m the owner and live in the flat myself along with two others. One of my flatmates is sadly moving to London for work, so I’m looking for someone to join the household and take their place.

A little about me:
I like to keep the flat relatively quiet, clean, and tidy. I enjoy having friends over to socialise/play games/watch TV, however having my own space is important to me and I would certainly be respectful of yours! I like to get active, particularly squash, bouldering & hiking.

The rent for available room is £730pcm. This does not include bills, bills are split equally among flatmates including me. Bills are typically in the region of £145pcm per person, including council tax (band C), fibre broadband, gas, electricity and water.

Undergrad students, couples, people with pets, and smokers would not be a good fit.
