2 double rooms in 3 bed flat right next to Whiteladies Road.

The rooms are around the same size but room 2 looks out to the gardens, while room 3 doesn’t have a view so it’s cheaper. Great if you want a nice, cosy room without the Bristol price tag.

Great location:
• Just 5 min walk to Clifton Downs
• 10 min walk to University of Bristol
• Easy walk into town

Both rooms are small doubles with fold open beds so plenty of storage. They don’t currently have desks, but you’re welcome to bring one if you need it.

About me
I can be shy at first but very friendly once you get to know me. I work in marketing and have lived here for two years with flatmates for most of that time.

I enjoy living with other people and can get on with all types of people. I try to keep the place clean and tidy, not fussy if you’re the same or not it doesn’t bother me.

I work remotely, so I’m around during the week but will always respect your space and routines. I try to keep it a social place and make sure guests (yours/mine) always feel welcome.

Outside of work I’m a keen traveller, love going to festivals and drinking and playing squash.

Costs
Bills are £125 extra per person per month which covers gas, electric, water, broadband and council tax.

Looking for people who want to stay medium-term, so both rooms are available for up to 6 months but flexible about that so longer is possible if you need.

Parking
On-street permit parking is available if needed.
