Hello! I'm offering the unfurnished upstairs double room in our beautiful detached house. £800 bills included

Please bear with me if I'm a little slow to reply – I get a lot of messages! I find a quick video call is a great way for us to say hello first.

A little about your potential housemates:

Zahra (me!): A 30-year-old Irish/Moroccan (she/her), I work in schools of sanctuary as a facilitator and I teach music. I host jam nights, and I'm also into arts, crafts, and board game nights. We all enjoy swimming, badminton, afrobeats/amapiano events, and movie nights.

Samuel: A 29 year old Nigerian he/him who is also passionate about music and works as a student advisor. We have fun, giggly evenings making music or watching TV, but we equally value quiet time for our own hobbies.

Lylah: My daughter is with us half the week (she's in Year 2).

We love our home, which has a garden with a BBQ/fire pit for occasional get-togethers. We also have a hot tub, currently stored in the garage awaiting the right occasion.
