A spacious, bright double room in a shared flat overlooking the Downs, near the top of Whiteladies Road. The room comes furnished with a comfy king-size bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk. All bills are included in the rent.

The area has plenty of shops, cafes, and local amenities within walking distance, as well as public transport links. Bus routes 1, 2, 3, and 4 are nearby, as is the inner-city train. I manage comfortably without a car, but on-street parking is available with a council permit.
