Looking for someone to move into my lovely and spacious top floor flat on a quiet road in Redland, with free on-street parking. It’s right by the Downs and only a short walk to Whiteladies Road and Henleaze, so there’s plenty nearby.

The flat is fully furnished and has all the usual white goods (including a dishwasher). The bedroom comes with a king-size bed with ottoman storage, a large chest of drawers, built-in storage, a very comfy sofa (great sun trap in the afternoon), and a good-sized desk if you work from home.

I’m moving out to go travelling, so the room will be available from early/mid May. Ideally looking for someone to stay for around a year.

You’ll be living with Jon, a 29-year-old engineer and a friend from touch rugby - very friendly, easy-going and great to live with.

Looking for a clean, tidy and easy-going flatmate.

Rent is £800pcm, with bills typically around £180pcm depending on usage. Deposit is £800.
