Double Room in Clifton Garden Flat

Our current flatmate is moving out of our flat and we are looking for a new housemate.

The flat is located just off Whiteladies Road and is a 5 minute walk to Clifton Down train station. There is a big Sainsbury’s right next to the station as well as a number of other smaller supermarkets nearby. It’s also a 5 minute walk up to the downs and around 25 mins walk into the city centre.

The flat has a private garden with outdoor furniture and the shared living area is fully furnished with sofas, a dining table and a TV. The kitchen has: An Oven/Hob, an Air Fryer, a Fridge Freezer, a Washing Machine and a Tumble dryer.

The bedroom pictured is the one available and comes partly furnished. Our previous flatmate has left the bed, mattress, a chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a bedside table which would all be yours to keep if you want to. You would be sharing the main bathroom with Mat as my room has an en suite.

Mat (26) and myself (28) both work full time jobs as a Civil Engineer and Energy System Analyst respectively. We are both partly WFH. We are both very laid back and enjoy watching TV/Football, playing board games or chilling with our partners. Mat and I also play hockey regularly. We like to try and keep the kitchen and living room clean and tidy.

We are looking for a full/part time professional who is (ideally) a similar age to us with similar interests.

Bills (including council tax) are approx. £190pm each on top of rent. This includes Wifi, Water, Gas, Electric + Council Tax.
